Event Description

Heartland:  A Memoir of Working Hard and Being Broke in the Richest Country on Earth is an eye-opening memoir about working-class poverty in America.  It is a descriptive and emotion-packed retelling of the author and her family's intergenerational experience of America's wealth gap.  The first 200 registered participants will receive a FREE copy of the book that can be picked up at the Clark County Extension Office.  (click on flyer for registration details and additional information).
